Our goal is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for and welcome. We are seeking kind and caring individuals who have a passion for hospitality and creating delightful guest experiences in all cafe positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items with attention to detail and presentation Engage with guests in a sincere, friendly manner, anticipating their needs and surprising and delighting them Uphold and champion high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the cafe for all team members and guests Perform all tasks related to the smooth operations of cafe, e.g. opening and closing responsibilities, setting up the cafe, dialing in equipment, restocking inventory, cleaning Collaborate with fellow team members to create an exceptional guest experience Continually seek opportunities to learn, grow, and hone your hospitality skills

Key Qualifications:

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating delightful guest experiences Enthusiasm and interest in learning about specialty coffee, beer, wine and food in general Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and kindly with guests and team members Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to learn and apply new techniques and knowledge A can-do, optimistic, problem-solving attitude Attention to detail Able to stand on feet for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs Available to work during daytime and weekend shifts •We are looking for individuals with 1+ year of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop and/or kitchen experience.
