Overview Join our vibrant café team as a Boba Barista and become the heart of an exciting beverage experience! In this energetic role, you'll craft delicious bubble teas and specialty drinks, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us serve up smiles and build lasting relationships with our community. This position offers a dynamic environment where your skills in food preparation, sales, and POS systems will shine, all while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met with precision. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, coffee drinks, and snacks with accuracy and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and the café environment Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail using basic math skills for transactions and register balancing Support food service operations by restocking supplies, preparing ingredients, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Uphold health regulations by adhering to proper food safety procedures and sanitation practices at all times Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience in a café or retail setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Chowbus POS or Clover POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic understanding of the food industry standards for serving beverages and light food items Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
