Reporting to the Lead Barista, this position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of our new flagship store and cafe in Cherry Creek. As a Thuma Barista, you'll be an integral part of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, serving exceptional coffee, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities Be an extension of the Thuma retail team and create an environment where people like to spend time. Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Engage with customers, take orders, and offer product recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area and equipment. Uphold Thuma's commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability and 6-star customer service. Work collaboratively with the cafe and retail team to ensure smooth cafe /retail operations. Stay informed about Thuma products and promotions to assist customers effectively. What You'll Need This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Cafe in Cherry Creek. This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar setting is preferred. Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Physical Requirements:
