Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Lead, a hybrid role that shares the responsibilities of a Supervisor, server and barista, based on scheduled shifts. This is the perfect opportunity for a supervisor to begin evolve as a server and barista or for a server/barista to gain experience as a supervisor. In this energetic position, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service quality while managing team performance. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests enjoy memorable experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend supervisory duties with bartending expertise, fostering a vibrant environment that celebrates hospitality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in both front-of-house and bar areas Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and inventory management Prepare and serve beverages in the restaurant or coffee shop. Oversee food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations Handle cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions and balanced registers Coordinate with catering and banquet teams for special events, ensuring seamless service delivery in high-volume settings Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including fine dining or coffee shop settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Agilysys POS and Micros POS Demonstate the ability to be a focused leader in a variety of shifts, with a focus on morning F&B operations. Excellent time management skills to juggle supervisory tasks with bartending responsibilities efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail math accurately Join us to lead a lively team where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for managing operations!
