$18.00 / hour + tips About Club Greenwood Club Greenwood is a premier fitness and wellness club in Greenwood Village, home to over 8,000 members. We're looking for baristas who bring genuine warmth, energy, and craft to every drink they make for our in-house cafe.

Our service philosophy is simple:

five-star hospitality, delivered in an athletic, approachable environment — we like to call it "Ritz-Carlton in sneakers." About the Role As a Cafe barista, you'll be the first friendly face members see when they stop in for their morning coffee, a post-workout smoothie, or a quick bite between classes. You'll craft espresso drinks, blend smoothies, and keep our counter running smoothly — all while making every guest feel genuinely taken care of. What You'll Do Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and smoothies to recipe and to order Provide warm, attentive service to members and guests — greeting everyone with a smile and using names whenever you can Accurately ring in orders and modifiers (including allergy and dietary flags) on our POS Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift Follow food safety practices for handling and preparing food and beverages Support opening and closing procedures as needed Work as part of a team that treats the whole club as "we," not separate departments What We're Looking For Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person A warm, guest-first attitude and genuine enjoyment of people Reliability — able to show up on time, ready to work, for scheduled shifts Comfortable in a fast-paced environment during peak hours Must be able to obtain a Colorado food handler card (we'll help guide you through this if you don't already have one) Must be 18+ What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Complimentary club membership Discounts on club services A genuine growth path — our Cafe & Cabana team is built on a shift-lead model, so there's real opportunity to grow into more responsibility A fun, supportive team environment in a beautiful club setting
