Barista and Cashier

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care in a team environment
• Operate the register to process customer orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
• Adhere to food safety standards in food preparation and heating
• Adhere to sanitation standards with dishware and general cleaning
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management Qualifications
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
• Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory purposes
• Experience with cash registers is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety practices in a café or food service setting
• Passion for coffee and understanding of different coffee varieties
• Excel working with a team

PAY:

Training period at Colorado Minimum Wage, after a training period of at least 40 hours, barista's are paid an hourly Colorado Tip Wage and receives cash tips daily; averaging wage and tips are approximately $18+ per hour
