Bluecorn Cafe has quickly become an integral part of the Montrose community offering craft coffee and fresh food in a light and spacious building. And while folks do love our product, they rave about our staff. You'll need to be exceptional with people to work our bar. We offer a vibrant and supportive workplace where clear communication and kindness are valued just as much as speed and competence. We will train you well and give you the support needed to succeed. We are looking for a part-time (14- 28 hrs) barista. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Experience is encouraged but not required
- we will train the right person.
Compensation:
$24- 30/hr after tips. Base pay is $15/hr. Duties will include but are not limited to: Making great coffee drinks and cocktails Maintaining super high quality standards Opening and closing Cafe Learning and mastering the barista skill set
- palate development, latte art, and all things craft coffee Cleaning, restocking and making it all look beautiful Managing the vibe in the room through music, lighting and awareness Skills & Personality
