Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing product recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, and dining spaces regularly to uphold food safety standards. Manage food handling responsibilities by preparing light food items or snacks as needed, following proper food safety protocols. Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with beverage service, serving customers promptly, and managing time effectively. Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and food preparation.
