Job Description
Overview We seek a passionate coffee and people person to join our team at the Salida Coffee Caboose! If you love coffee and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. This is a part-time position that would suit someone looking to supplement another job/income as it's only 15 hours/week.
Duties:
- Take customer orders promptly while providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare food orders
- Support Baristas to ensure efficient and high-quality drink preparation
- Promptly clean tools such as milk pitchers, blenders, etc.
- Ensure efficient flow of customers
- Stock materials such as cups, lids, milk, and food items
- Prep food items such as smoothies, bagels, muffins to maintain inventory levels
- Dispose of trash and recycling
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM
- 12:00 PM
- Passion for and knowledge of coffee
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks for efficient business operations
