Job Summary As a Barista working under a licensed coffee brand, you will be the heart of the customer experience, creating welcoming environments and serving high-quality beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, retail sales transactions, and customer service within a vibrant café setting. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following company recipes and standards Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Greet customers warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions and giving correct change with precision Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise to ensure the café is well-equipped throughout each shift Follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and beverage service to uphold health standards Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service within a café or retail environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and inventory management Ability to prepare beverages accurately while adhering to quality standards Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning routines necessary for maintaining hygiene standards in food service areas Familiarity with retail sales transactions and cash handling procedures in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a
