POSITION SUMMARY
Half Full Brewery currently operates a coffee shop, food truck, beer garden and private event space at our Third Place by Half Full Brewery location at 575 Pacific Street in Stamford. Baristas will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience to everyone at Third Place. This includes but is not limited to: Greeting and hosting all customers Taking and delivering coffee/tea and food orders to customers in a timely manner, both for onsite consumption and for pickup / online orders Properly serving our products to customers, including coffee / tea and food Educating customers on our coffee/tea and food products Bussing tables and clearing of any trash to keep customer spaces immaculate Managing the inventory and the Toast point of sale systems Undergoing regular training
EXPECTED SHIFTS
Shifts may vary depending on the day, and shifts will include but not limited to Weekdays and Weekends from 7AM-4PM. This position will require weekend availability. A passion for hand-crafted beverages and an optimistic demeanor are paramount to this position.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL
Be 21+ and have the ability to work around alcohol without abusing it Have prior experience in a customer service or food & beverage service role Coffee shop experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Have a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
COMPENSATION
$16.94/hour plus tips Access to employee discounts on products and merchandise
