Job Description
Retreat Sweets is an Asian-inspired mochi donut and café concept in Westport, CT. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our crew! What you'll do: Take customer orders and operate the register Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and other menu items Help fry and finish mochi donuts (training provided) Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked during your shift Provide warm, attentive customer service What we're looking for: Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn barista skills and kitchen/fryer tasks Reliable and punctual Food handler's certification a plus, or willingness to obtain one Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
