OFF THE RECORD CAFE

Opening soon! Off the Record is more than a coffee shop—it's a coffee and music experience built around great drinks, good energy, and a love for vinyl. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic baristas who can help bring that experience to life. As a barista, you'll prepare high-quality espresso drinks, specialty beverages, teas, and other café favorites while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You'll also help keep the café clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift. What we're looking for: Warm, friendly personality and excellent customer service Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn our drink recipes and consistently make them to standard Comfortable using an espresso machine, steaming milk, and preparing specialty drinks Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Team player with a positive attitude Interest in coffee and music is definitely a plus Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person We want our team to feel just as special as the space we're creating.
