Luxury Pastry / Café / Hospitality Yann Couvreur, a luxury French pastry brand, is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Aventura Mall. We are looking for a polished, friendly, and hospitality-driven professional who takes pride in preparing quality beverages and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso, coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to established quality standards Operate and properly maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest Assist guests with beverage and pastry selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar and café area Support pastry and café operations during busy service periods Monitor beverage and café supplies and communicate inventory needs to management Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards Qualifications Previous professional barista experience is required Hands-on experience preparing espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages Experience operating commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and beverage presentation Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude Ability to remain composed and efficient during high-volume service Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, specialty coffee, or French pastry is a plus What We Offer $20
