In this role, you'll craft delicious bubble teas and specialty beverages, ensuring each guest experiences top-tier service and a memorable visit. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in delivering high-quality drinks while maintaining a clean, organized café environment. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer engagement—all while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffee drinks, smoothies, and snacks according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent customer service Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Restock supplies regularly to ensure the café is well-equipped for daily operations Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support smooth service flow during busy hours Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with a focus on café or retail environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and food preparation techniques Experience in serving beverages and understanding of coffee industry standards is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Boba Tea Barista where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
