Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters is a Tampa-based Coffee Roaster and Coffee Shop. We have 8 locations: Ybor City, South Howard Avenue, Westchase, Brandon Mall, Tampa City Center (Downtown Tampa), St Joseph's Women's Hospital, International Plaza Mall & Seminole Heights.

THIS JOB IS FOR OUR BRANDON MALL LOCATION - BRANDON EXCHANGE

Job Duties:

Brew and serve coffee with a smile. Greet customers with kindness, friendliness & respect. Represent the company brand with positive professionalism. Operate a tablet-based Point of Sale System (POS) system effectively (SQUARE). Responsibly manage cash drawers. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Follow food safety codes.

Job Requirements:

At least 18 years or older English required, Spanish welcome, any other language is a plus! 1 year of work experience in any field. 6 months of customer-facing work experience. Flexible availability. Ability to lift at least 30lbs. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is a plus! Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters is committed to curating a
