Barista Cashier

Fumao Table is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista / Cafetero / Cashier to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in making great coffee, and thrives in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Cuban coffee, espresso drinks, cafecitos, cortaditos, café con leche, and specialty beverages Operate the cash register and accurately process customer orders Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front counter Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties Assist with food packaging and order preparation as needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems accurately Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Spanish-speaking is a plus Experience making Cuban coffee is highly preferred Experience operating commercial espresso machines is a plus Cashier experience preferred
