Job Description

Everblades Pro Shop Staff Summary:
Part-Time The pro shop staff member is responsible for maintaining operations and assisting customers at the Everblades Pro Shop as well as at merchandise stands during Florida Everblades games and other Hertz Arena events. This position assists in setting the example and ensuring the highest level of customer experience and hockey/figure skate repairs. This position will report to the Everblades Pro Shop Manager.
Basic Function and Responsibilities:
Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment Knowledgeably fit and sell customers various types of hockey and figure skating equipment. Sharpen skates and work on other skate/equipment repairs as requested by customers. Proper cash handling including, greeting and serving guests at the registers and accepting payments (handling both cash and credit/debit cards) Selling merchandise in the Hertz Arena concourse during hockey games and other events. Cleaning and restocking the store as necessary Basic Requirements /
Qualification:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to take direction well and learn on the fly Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
