Role:

We're searching for experienced baristas who can deliver exceptional beverages and exceptional hospitality. You'll work in a fast-paced café environment while also interacting with families, children, and regular guests. This role requires strong technical skill on a commercial espresso machine, a positive team-based attitude, and genuine love for creating great drinks.

MUST BE AVAILABLE

MUST be available during the week from 8am to either 3pm or 8pm depending on the day. Must be able to close Friday and Saturday nights until 8:30pm. Must have weekend availability! What You'll Do Craft high-quality espresso, matcha, refreshers, teas, and seasonal specialty drinks with consistency Operate commercial espresso equipment confidently and efficiently Provide upbeat, friendly, and patient customer service to parents and kids Take and prepare food orders accurately Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold our cleaning + sanitizing standards Learn and assist with other positions in the café (line cooking, expo, playroom support, etc.) Support a smooth and welcoming environment for families Follow all health, safety, and café procedures Work collaboratively with a small, tight-knit team Requirements Prior barista experience required (commercial espresso machine experience is a must) Ability to foam milk properly, dial in espresso, and follow specialty drink recipes Experience working with children OR comfort working closely with parents & young families Willingness to learn every role in the restaurant — "if it helps the team, you'll do it" mindset Reliable transportation Flexible availability.
