Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process sales and handle cash transactions efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards. Manage retail sales transactions with precision while balancing cash drawers at shift end. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quick turnaround times for customer orders. Support beverage service and drink delivery to ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
