Job Summary We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Beverage Specialist to own our entire drinks program — espresso, brewed coffee, teas, refreshers, smoothies, and signature creations. This role goes beyond making drinks: it's about craftsmanship, consistency, and building a beverage menu guests come back for. You'll take ownership of quality across every category, drive new drink development, support team training, and ensure smooth, high-level execution during service. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality beverages across all categories — espresso drinks, batch and manual brew, teas, refreshers, lemonades, smoothies, and specialty cold drinks — with precision and consistency Dial in espresso, adjust grind, and monitor extraction throughout the day to maintain optimal flavor profiles Develop and standardize recipes for non-coffee beverages: syrups, infusions, cold brew, sparkling and fruit-forward refreshers, blended drinks Own the seasonal drink calendar — concept, test, cost, and launch new beverages aligned with the brand's style and quality standards Write and maintain build sheets, spec cards, and portioning standards so every drink is reproducible by any team member Operate and maintain professional coffee and beverage equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, cold brew systems) to the highest standards Lead by example during service, ensuring speed, organization, and attention to detail Train and support baristas on both coffee and non-coffee builds to maintain consistency across the team Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked beverage station at all times Collaborate with kitchen and management on beverage development, sourcing, and seasonal offerings Monitor product quality, presentation, and guest feedback, ensuring every drink meets brand standards Deliver a warm, elevated customer experience while handling high-volume service efficiently Skills & Experience 3+ years in a lead barista or beverage-focused role required Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink building Demonstrated experience creating original drinks — please be ready to share recipes or a portfolio of drinks you've developed Working knowledge of flavor balance (sweetness, acidity, dilution) and how to build a menu that holds together Comfortable with recipe costing and consistent portioning Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality, with strong attention to detail Leadership mindset and ability to guide team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Fluent English required; Hebrew is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be legally authorized to work in the
