Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation tasks, including serving baked goods and light snacks while maintaining food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for transactions, cash handling, and sales processing Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and sanitation practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support team members with food service duties, including basic food prep and serving to enhance the customer experience Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transactions Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced café environment Experience with serving, food preparation, cashiering, and food industry best practices is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee and dedication to service make every guest's visit special.
