Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coconut water, smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Shift4 to process transactions quickly and accurately Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and serving stations Manage cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments with a focus on smoothies or café offerings Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Familiarity using POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Enthusiastic team player with a passion for the food industry and creating memorable customer experiences
