Server/Barista

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes
• Operate the POS system to process customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Uphold food safety standards in the preparation and serving of food and beverages

• Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines
• Experience in the food industry, preferably in a coffee shop or cafe setting
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
