Job Description

Job location : Mexico beach

Pay:

$16-$18/hr + Tips (based on experience) We are looking for an experienced barista to join our growing coffee and bakery trailer. This position requires confidence working with espresso machines, preparing high-quality drinks, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.) Steam milk and maintain consistent drink quality Take customer orders and operate the POS system Keep the trailer clean, organized, and stocked Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:

1+ year of barista experience required Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Weekend availability required Flexible availability for additional weekday or special event shifts as needed
