Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their beverage and food selections, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy in math calculations Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Restock supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations Support food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus Familiarity with beverage service, drink preparation, and coffee industry standards Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning routines essential for maintaining health standards in food environments Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality beverages and memorable customer experiences!
