Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café environment Assist with food handling and food preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Prior barista experience or strong coffee experience is preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability in sales, serving, and cash handling with strong basic math skills including retail math or café math Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and food industry standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
