As a Smoothie Bar Team Member, you'll be the face of The Avalon Miami. You'll craft delicious smoothies and açaí bowls, interact with customers, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. We're looking for team players with great attitudes who can work in a fast-paced setting while delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to company recipes Greet and assist customers with menu selections and product knowledge Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, counters, and dining area Restock supplies, ingredients, and retail items as needed Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications:

Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude Flexible availability, including weekend
