This is more than just making coffee. Our baristas create the experience for every guest that comes to our window. We're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, move with purpose, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. What You'll Do Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages Prepare breakfast food items Take orders accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding, personalized customer service Keep the bar and food areas clean and organized Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods Communicate and work closely with your teammates Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to quality Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards Fulfill Doordash and Mobile orders, including walk up window orders Take curbside orders during peak times Complete Housekeeping tasks as needed, including washing dishes, stocking and organizing inventory What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you: Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service Have a positive, upbeat personality Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Can stay calm, focused, and friendly when it gets busy Are dependable and show up ready to work Are a team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Have strong communication skills Take pride in doing things well and paying attention to details Are comfortable learning new products, procedures, and drink recipes Previous barista or coffee-shop experience is a plus, but not required.
