Cashier/Barista

Great Harvest Bread Company is seeking experienced Servers, Cashiers, Baristas & the like who want to be a part of a dynamic team, provide first-rate hospitality, & looking to have fun in a fast-paced work environment. You MUST possess an infectious positive attitude, be a team player, and be willing to show up on-time, work hard, & have fun while doing it! We provide training for all positions so Your Attitude matters more than your Aptitude! Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Greet customers & guests with an enthusiastic smile Sell customers on our products & mission daily Efficiently take orders, process payments, & address customer questions & concerns Deliver food, beverages & other items to guests in a timely manner Bus tables & maintain a clean working environment Move efficiently & quickly to serve guests Change & create retail displays seasonally Knowledge & skills: Previous hospitality and/or serving experience strongly preferred Attention to detail Organization Strength & stamina (on your feet for the majority of your shift) Patience & time management Strong Teamwork mindset About the company: Great Harvest began to grow from a Montana bakery into the nation's first family of independently-owned and operated whole grain bread bakeries and cafes.
