Flexible schedules available (Cafe hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days a week) About Us Located right by the beautiful beaches of PCB, Beaches and Cream Cafe is the ultimate stop for locals and vacationers looking to cool off or unwind. We serve up a unique, fun menu featuring everything from specialty Starbucks coffee and premium gelato to quick grab-and-go bites and wine. We pride ourselves on fast, friendly service, a vibrant coastal atmosphere, and high-quality treats. What We Are Looking For We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Barista to join our team! Because we proudly serve premium coffee favorites, prior Starbucks experience is a major plus. If you know your way around an espresso machine, love a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making someone's beach day just a little bit sweeter, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Craft high-quality espresso drinks, coffees, and seasonal beverages to standard. Provide warm, friendly service at our counter and assist guests using our self-service kiosks. Scoop gelato, serve quick-bite food options, and maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment. Keep the coffee bar stocked, organized, and ready for peak beach hours. What You Bring to the

Team Experience:

Previous barista experience (Starbucks experience strongly preferred).

Vibe:

A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

Speed:

Ability to keep things moving efficiently during busy morning and afternoon rushes.

Flexibility:
