Job Description

BARISTA — Sweet Brewnette | 200 Navy Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL Sweet Brewnette is a high-volume, woman-owned coffee and wine bar bringing our award-winning café experience to Panama City Beach. We're looking for an experienced Barista who leads with heart, works with precision, and never sacrifices quality. Are you that unicorn? You'll prepare and serve specialty hot and cold beverages — espresso, cold brew, tea, and more — while educating guests on our menu, making personalized recommendations, and up-selling seasonal specials. Our food program features fresh baked pastries, housemade breads, charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and lite bites. Previous server experience is a big plus.
What you bring:
Minimum 1 year on a semi-automatic espresso machine, confident milk texturing technique, excellent customer service instincts, and the ability to stay composed and efficient during a rush. Flexibility across shifts is a must — our doors are open 6am to 8pm. We're a team that genuinely enjoys showing up for each other and for our guests.
