The ideal candidate has experience working both behind the espresso bar and at the POS taking customer orders. We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, honest, hardworking, and truly enjoys working with people. At Generoso's, we work as a team — so we're looking for a team player with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and someone who comes prepared each day ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing espresso drinks and coffee beverages Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions Providing warm, professional customer service Keeping the front area clean, stocked, and organized Working together with the team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Barista and/or café experience preferred POS/cash handling experience Strong communication and customer service skills Honest, dependable, and motivated Positive attitude and strong work ethic Hourly pay based on experience + tips.
