Our Crew Members deliver friendly service and help create a welcoming, energetic environment for every guest. What You'll Do Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and assemble smoothies and food items according to Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Keep the kitchen, workstations, dining area, and restrooms clean and organized. Take orders accurately, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures. Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to stand and walk for the duration of your shift and lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, team-focused attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in customer service, restaurant, or barista roles is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Work Environment Flexible shifts, typically 4-8 hours. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must follow Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and hygiene standards. Fun, fast-paced café setting with no fryers.
