Restock coffee beans, milk, produce, ingredients, cups, and other supplies throughout the shift. Properly clean and maintain espresso machines, blenders, refrigeration, utensils, and work surfaces. Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate low-stock or quality concerns to management. Follow opening, closing, sanitation, food safety, and cleaning procedures. Communicate effectively with cashiers, runners, kitchen employees, and managers. Support teammates during service and contribute to a respectful, collaborative workplace. Protect the guest experience by maintaining quality and professionalism even during busy periods.
