• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly helpful manner
• Understand all aspects of the company and the menu
• Make coffee and espresso-based drinks up to Kahwa standards
• Use proper cash handling procedures
• Prep and bake pastries and other food items daily
• Follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Adapt to the changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Available to work between 5:30 AM and 7 PM
• Must have reliable transportation
