Our world-famous all-natural gelato brings in excited customers from all over. Our team is trained in creating beautiful gelato roses and the best Italian coffee you can find in Texas! Not to mention the employee discount not just at Amorino, but at most stores at the Legacy West shopping center too! This position contributes to Amorino Gelato's success by providing excellent service to all customers. This job assists us in creating the 'Amorino Experience' for our customers by providing the best, cleanest, and safest environment. Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays (need time off though? We got you!)
• Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
• Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
• Be a fast learner, build relationships, and pleasantly engage customers.

Pay Rate:

Starting $15.00/hour

• $10.00/hour + $4-$6 tips/hour (We guarantee $15/hr!)
