$10.98 per hour plus tips. Amor Café is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages consistently according to company standards Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, seasonal drinks, and promotions Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Keep the café, bar area, and dining spaces clean, organized, and well-stocked Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory and deliveries Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
