$15-$17 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier & Barista to provide excellent customer service and support daily coffee shop operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy café environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly service Operate the register and process payments accurately Prepare coffee, espresso, and other beverages Take customer orders and answer menu questions Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked Support team members during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous cashier, barista, or customer service experience preferred Friendly and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Benefits Competitive hourly pay Tips Paid training Employee discount Flexible scheduling Career advancement opportunities
