We also prepare corporate gift orders and wholesale for major clients and events. We are looking for someone that has experience in high end coffee shops, cafes, or restaurants. We look for outstanding customer service and ability to handle multiple tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly and knowledgably Maintain a clean and organized cafe Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction Take orders and upsell menu items Craft drinks using espresso machine, blender, and cocktail shakers Assemble brunch food items Operate hot machines such as waffle maker and panini press Plate desserts elegantly Execute opening and closing procedures Clean surfaces and dishes for station use Report accurate inventory needs to shift leads Open to growth Requirements Availability on weekends, mornings, nights, and holidays Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members Conflict-resolution skills
