We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Explains menu items to customers and guests Makes and serves beverages Provides efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests Takes and prepares food and drink orders, including gourmet coffees and lattes, beer and wine, flatbreads, paninis, wraps, and light café offerings Maintains a clean, safe, and organized café, bar, and service area Demonstrates responsible cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy Assists with restocking, setup, and breakdown of café items as needed Delivers a welcoming and positive member experience at all times Previous experience preferred but not required Friendly, welcoming attitude Must maintain a current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
