Overview Join our vibrant team as a Boba Tea Barista and become the heart of an exciting café experience! In this energetic role, you'll craft delicious bubble teas and specialty beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us serve up smiles alongside refreshing drinks, making each visit memorable. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, sales, and customer engagement while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffee drinks, and snacks with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent service. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and the café environment. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Uphold food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, especially within cafés or retail environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
