Moonfly Coffee Co. is a Southern-rooted mobile specialty coffee company built around unhurried living, intentional connection, and the belief that small sparks create lasting light. We operate mobile Outposts across the Atlanta market and we re building a team of people who want to grow into something, not just clock in and out.

The RoleThe Entrepreneurial Development Associate is a hands-on, all-in position for someone who wants ownership, leadership development, and real small-business experience. You ll work across every area of our operation: serving exceptional coffee, managing logistics, booking venues, handling social media, tracking inventory, and learning the fundamentals of running a business.

This is a founder-level role. We re looking for someone who sees work as a vehicle for growth.
