Bubble Tea Barista /
Team Member Location:
Aiea, Hawaii Starting at $16/hour (based on experience and performance) Flexible Scheduling Available Job Summary Join our fun and energetic bubble tea team! We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating great experiences for customers. As a Bubble Tea Barista / Team Member, you will prepare drinks, assist customers, and help maintain a clean and welcoming shop atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for high school students, college students, or anyone looking to gain customer service and food service experience in a positive team environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with consistency and quality Take customer orders and operate the register/POS system Provide friendly and efficient customer service Answer customer questions and offer drink recommendations Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work together with team members during busy hours Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and team-oriented personality Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required Experience with POS systems is a plus Basic cash handling and communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction Schedule Flexible scheduling available.
Typical shifts include:
Morning Shift:
10:00 AM - 3:00
PM Evening Shift:
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Part-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.
