Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Clover. Process retail sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, cleaning counters, equipment, and ensuring food safety standards are met Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support beverage service and ensure timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Requirements Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Clover is desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations in the food industry Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and food prep Basic understanding of retail math and cash handling procedures
