We are a small local business specializing in coffee and boba drinks. We provide a fun learning experience for anyone just joining the industry. No experience needed, hands on training, 1 free drink for every shift, and cash tips every night! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and speed Operate cash registers accurately Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Keep the café environment organized and stocked by restocking supplies and cleaning workstations regularly Experience No prior experience needed Be willing to learn and grow with our company Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety procedures Basic retail math required for cash transactions Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Servsafe certificate or equivalent Flexible schedule
