Floating Barista - Clear Lake & Mason City $12-17/hr + Tips Cabin Coffee Company is looking for a barista to join our team and support both our Clear Lake and Mason City locations! If you enjoy coffee, connecting with people, and working as part of a great team, this could be a great fit for you. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and food items according to Cabin Coffee standards Provide friendly, genuine, and efficient customer service Take customer orders and accurately process transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly Support both the Clear Lake and Mason City locations based on business needs Adapt to different teams, customers, and store environments What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Willing to learn and take direction Able to confidently work at both locations Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
