Hours & Pay:

• Hours Available:

  Monday-Sunday 6am-3:30pm

• Two Work Locations:

  Urbandale & Ankeny
• 10-30 hours available
• Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Hourly starting pay is up to $12.25/hour depending on experience ( $9.25
• 10.25 + $2.00 On Time Based Bonus )
• Hourly + Tips = $18.00
• $22.00+ / hour
• Tips received after training period.

Twisted Bean Coffee Company is looking for full and part time barista/cashier's. Experience is preferred, but not necessarily required ~ willing to train the right candidate. Must possess excellent communication skills, have a positive/friendly attitude, a desire to provide outstanding customer service, and can work independently and in a team environment. The position is extremely fast paced and includes making coffee drinks, customer service, and cash/credit transactions. Candidate must be willing to be flexible and wants to work in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone who possesses the following skills:

• Cash Handling
• Order taking person-to-person and over a headset
• Operating Espresso Machine, blender, grinders and brewers.
• Implementing techniques and training to deliver premium drinks to customers
• Serving of wine & beer
• Daily Cleaning
• including light cleaning, mopping, sweeping, restrooms, and dishwashing
• Opening & Closing of cash registers
• Food preparation (breakfast & lunch) Qualifications and Skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
