Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Process retail sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment to ensure food safety standards are met. Assist in food handling and preparation tasks following proper food safety protocols to deliver quality products. Serve beverages and food items promptly while ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Support inventory management by restocking supplies, checking expiration dates, and organizing storage areas for smooth daily operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process retail sales efficiently. Experience with beverage preparation, especially coffee or barista skills, is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing transactions confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills.
