We want to add a new conversation to the drink space, whether that be through one of our sprits (brandy, whisky, limoncello or coffee liqueur) or our more caffeine-oriented drinks like a long steeped cold brew or our custom roasted coffee expressions from one of our roasting partners. We're looking to add Baristas to our team! Tierra Café is looking for a driven, creative, and welcoming barista to help pioneer our café experience. What we're looking for: Prepare and serve espresso-based and coffee beverages that provide our customers with a delicious and unique experience Engage customers with a friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor to understand their drink preferences, provide suggestions, and ultimately provide a great customer experience Ensure that the company's brand is maintained through consistently learning and growing, keeping a positive attitude, and striving to do good Ability to work weekdays and weekends

Compensation:

Starting at $14/hr. plus tips, with additional opportunities for growth for the right candidate
